Order is processed as below: Step 1: Search for products. Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart. Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order. Step 4: Fill in the order form. Step 5: Proceed with payment. Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Vegreen is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service. The return request must be made within 30 business days from the order received date. Please contact us through the Vegreen email for the request of the returns. When we respond to your return request, please send the product back to our warehouse with a tracking number of the package.

The refund will be paid within 7 days after we receive and process your return.
2. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. 3. Vegreen will mail replacement items using Standard Shipping. We reserve the right to determine the reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order. 4. We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to our merchandise. (We suggest testing all three samples enclosed in the package before using the full-size product.) 5. Vegreen is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us. 6. Vegreen reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Vegreen's decision will be final. * Products ineligible for exchanges or refunds: Any item reported more than 30 days after the delivery of the original order Any item that shows signs of usage Any item that has been damaged intentionally Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service.
Defective Item Exchange Vegreen will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when the customer used other shipping methods such as Courier Services or Express Mail.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Return Unwanted or unopened items returned to Vegreen must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Vegreen will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order. Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Pending period for reward store credit: Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
Requirements: If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of $2.00.” The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “50%.”
Cancellation of store credit: Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
